You should scroll to the point of the homepage where you can pick between resume and cover letter services, or open a page if you’re a returning customer.
The latter came as a surprise, and quite the pleasant one. Apparently, this company lets you pay $39 and get unlimited revisions of the product they’ve created for you – forever. There’s hardly any company that gives this to a client, which is a plus. Also, many complained of not receiving reviews at all, which is a serious problem with the service.
When it comes to services, there are plenty of choices for customers. If you accept to have it ready within 5 days, you pay no extra fees. But, if you want a delivery within one or two business days, the additional fee is $89.
For two versions of the resume, you will pay $149. The cover letter cost begins at $89, and the elevator pitch has a fee of $99 with two revisions included.
The additional services we listed above start at $199 and go up to $599, which makes this service a seriously high priced company.
They have packages on which a discount is added, but these packages are quite big, so the price will go really high. It’s nice to enjoy a discount of 15% or 20%, but the price of the package is usually over $500.

Some of the customers who’ve written about the support claim that they are unresponsive and hardly ever resolve their issues with delays or resume quality. Apparently, the guarantees in place aren’t really solid, not even if you pay that extra fee to get unlimited changes.
Usability
The website is really attractive, though we had some issues with navigation when we were writing this resume to interviews review. However, it takes minutes to learn how to get around it, and you should definitely take your time because otherwise, you might miss those discounts we mentioned above.
Conclusion
Resumetointerviews.com is not an old service which is obvious by their short reputation online. They hold quite high pricing and make many promises, but the reputation is far from great. This is because of the poorly organized customer support and some serious flaws in the guarantee system.
